Moth club - Having seen similar things in the USA and restaurant kitchens, I thought this would be ideal to treat a moth infestation. Instead of killing them, they found it a cool place to hang out and became the hippest place to hang out if your a moth. After several weeks only one moth had been killed, but many new moths had been born after i presume one night stands after meeting at domestic insect killer bar.If you need a place for your moth friends to hang out it s highly recommended, if you want to kill them a rolled up paper is more effective.
Works.. WORKS - These things REALLY work. Put one in the loft when we found it alive with flies,, and we had to keep emptying the unit.. Well worth the money.
works okay, no problems so far - When I ordered this, I was expecting a black one to turn up, as in the photo. In fact the one which was delivered was white -which looks better in a domestic kitchen I think. But it s designed to HANG and you really have to ask yourself, do I want this thing hanging in my kitchen? Fortunately it fits above our wall units ( just) and is fairly unobtrusive. For you information, this unit is just slightly over 11 inches high. I was slightly surprised by the manufacturer s recommendation that you need to renew the lamp every year otherwise they lose their effectiveness. Lamp failures do seem to be fairly common with these type of budget fly killers so I suggest you buy a replacement lamp as well, as I did. Finally, this is cracking value for money- my local garden centre is selling exactly the same item at £29.99.
